There are not enough good words to convey how HAPPY I am with my repair at Lanier Auto Body. It starts when you walk in the door— the owners are super FRIENDLY and welcoming. The estimate is more than fair… literally HALF OF AN ESTIMATE at another independently-owned shop. I SAVED $2000 by choosing Lanier. The repair LOOKS 100% PERFECT. Next, that other shop said they would have to keep my car for eight days. I dropped it off at Lanier on a Sunday night and had it back Tuesday at 10 AM. So a huge financial savings, great job, and SUPERFAST TURN AROUND? It doesn’t get any better than that unless you add in the lovely friendly people. SO ALL IN ALL MY RATING IS PERFECT EXPERIENCE.

Honestly Greg Lanier deserves the 5 stars. I needed a front bumper replaced, and this was the only place I could find that could be done with a reasonable price, while also not lumping additional stuff and scaring you with "otherwise the car will fall apart!" I needed the bumper replaced and align the front end, I got it. Highly recommend. PS: Yes, beware of the dog. Jackson is too sweet if you treat that dachshund too well!

Late February our LR3 got scraped on the passenger side in a parking lot. Jamie and Greg not only made time to get an estimate, they were able to schedule the car for the following week, and had the car back to me on Thursday. They stuck to their estimate, the side that had the damage was completely detailed and even some old minor scratches gone. Just talking to Greg, I can tell he puts a lot of pride into his work. Jamie is sweet and very considerate of any concerns and answers them quickly. Detailed, experienced and hard working people! My husband and I are very grateful. There are 4 after pictures to the one before picture to show what got done. Thank you Jamie and Greg, hope it is a great year for you!

I had an excellent experience with Lanier and would highly recommend them! They were really great to work with, were straightforward and honest, did quality work for a good price, and even got my car done sooner than expected. I left with the sense that they really care about their work, and it really was a pleasure to do business with a family-owned company. There were so many parts about the experience (including the little dog that hangs out in the office) that made it feel more human, and those things feel really worthy to honor these days. What else can I say? Please support this awesome business!

I do not spend more than a few months in North Carolina, so I am unaware of reliable Auto Body Shops in the Raleigh area. My google search led me to Lanier Auto Body Shop and Paint because of its numerous and impressive reviews. I am glad that I chose this shop! Greg, the owner, did an amazing job painting my 2004 Highlander. His workmanship and attention to detail transformed an old car into one that looks like it came out of the showroom over twenty years ago. He also replaced the roof rack brackets, which normally cost over $200 from Toyota, with after-market ones for only $25, and he did not charge me for them or for the installation. Jamie, Greg’s wife, is extremely pleasant and efficient and kept us informed throughout the painting process and the job was completed a day earlier than expected. I have used auto body shops where I usually reside, but they do not compare to the quality, price and efficiency of Lanier Auto Body Shop and Paint. I am happy to add my review to the over one hundred positive reviews currently posted. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed if you choose Greg to do your car repair and painting.
